An Egyptian court ordered Thursday that the name of ousted President Hosni Mubarak and his wife, Suzanne, are removed from all schools public and the institutions, the most recent step the legacy of 29 years of the former leader in the power of dismantling.

At the beginning of his reign, Mubarak said that modesty, he wanted his name on public buildings. But there are now hundreds, even thousands, of schools, streets, squares and libraries bear known as his wife and a major in central Cairo subway station.

In announcing the decision, Judge Mohammed Hassan Omar said "people have discovered corruption Mubarak trip."

Mall in Colorado

The Columbine shooting started at 11: 12 and unexploded pipe bombs and a tank of propane with attached explosives have been found in the cafeteria of the school after the shooting.

TEPCO plans to build a wall to a height of 50 feet above sea level at the coast of its plant Kashiwazaki Kariwa nuclear power plant Northwest of Tokyo, Tanaka Ai spokesman said by telephone. Three of the seven reactors remain shut out at the station after an earthquake in 2007 caused radiation leaks.

TEPCO has been fighting to contain radiation spewing Fukushima plant after an earthquake of magnitude 9 on 11 March triggered a tsunami that flooded the station, knocking cooling systems.

Indonesia

Report: Mubarak denies giving the order to shoot demonstrators of the Egypt - Ha'aretz

Stripped of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said investigators questioning on charges of corruption never awarded order of draw or beat protestors who demanded his eviction, the Egyptian newspaper Al-Masry Al-Youm reported, said Radio Israel.

When questioned, Mubarak said that he had asked the army to intervene in violent clashes to safeguard and protect the Egyptian people. Mubarak added that if someone said that he gave the order to shoot at demonstrators, while this person is a liar.

Between January 25 and February 11, millions of Egyptians filled the streets of cities across the country, in protest against the railway as a rule show with 30 years of Mubarak. After 18 days, Mubarak has finally succumbed to popular pressure and abandoned the reins of power, to resign from his duties.

Since that time, Mubarak and his family have been to one of their houses located holiday in the Sinai resort town of Sharm El-Sheikh. He has been banned from travelling and its assets were frozen. Many of his senior aides have already been questioned or detained pending investigations.

Mubarak also told investigators that he intended to resign as well before him. He said he was satisfied not to smoke when he wanted, four days after protests started, because he had been advised that protesters wanted only the resignation of his cabinet, and that without him, Egypt would be falling into chaos.

There were conflicting reports coming from Al-Masry Al-Youm on the health of Mubarak, Israel Radio reported. Since the arrest of Mubarak, his psychological condition began to deteriorate. But doctors say that he does not have cancer, or any other deadly disease, and that physical health is good.

Mubarak was taken to an intensive care unit Tuesday after having suffered a heart attack during interrogation on charges of corruption, AFP reported Tuesday.

Dozens of protesters picketed at the Hospital where Mubarak was taken, denouncing the President and carrying a sign reading "here's the butcher". They had with Mubarak supporters in a massive security presence.

Security two officials said Mubarak arrived under police protection heavy at the main hospital and two doctors at the hospital, he is out of his naked armored Mercedes and was taken to the presidential suite in the building in the shape of pyramid.

"Hosni Mubarak went into intensive care in hospital International Sharm el Sheik, with heart problems," said the official news agency MENA. The authorities said that Mubarak was accompanied by his sons, Alaa and Gamal, who were also questioned by prosecutors.

The news agency quoting a hospital Manager, reported that the deposed President State is stabilized and that it "may be questioned." State TV said that Mubarak has refused to eat or drink Tuesday morning after being informed that he and his son could be questioned.

Mubarak, 82, ill for more than a year. Media status indicated, however, that the visit to the hospital may have been a ploy to escape his legal problems. The former leader and his son were summoned by the Attorney General of the Egypt for questioning on charges of illicit gains and violence against the protesters in an uprising which began on 25 January and led to the resignation of Mubarak on 11 February.

Mubarak was admitted to the hospital "with the pretext of illness to avoid appearing before the authorities of the interrogation", the journal of State Al Ahram reported. He and his son Gamal, an official of the former ruling party, have been accused by political opponents of enriching themselves through private connections and the Government.

In a speech to the nation broadcast Sunday by Al Arabiya, the elder Mubarak denied that he had bank accounts or property outside the Egypt. New reports on investigations of the family of Mubarak reports have fascinated and angry of a country trying to move beyond its repressive mandate.

Since his eviction and a resumption of Government by a military Council, Mubarak live in his palace private in Sharm el-Sheikh. The Attorney General has frozen its financial assets and forbidden members of his family to leave the country.

Concerns regarding the health of Mubarak has increased after he underwent gall bladder surgery and had a growth removed from his intestine in a German hospital, a year ago.

Mubarak the Egypt hospitalized for heart attack

The former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak was suddenly hospitalized Tuesday in a station of the Red Sea on the day, it was to be summoned for questioning by prosecutors on allegations of corruption and abuse of powerEgyptian responsible said.

Officials and doctors spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not allowed to speak to the media. Egyptian State TV confirmed later hospitalization.

Mubarak was forced to resign and submit to the army, on February 11 after the unprecedented mass protests asked his departure.

The protest movement which filed that Mubarak is now pushing for him to be brought to justice for what they say is decades of abuse. Since Friday, hundreds have reoccupied parts of the Tahrir square in downtown Cairo. The demonstrators had criticized the army to be too close to the former regime and not quickly Mubarak judging.

On Tuesday, however, a fight erupted when some residents tried to break the sit-in of four days, removal of barbed wire and barricades. The army then moved in and took control of the place and sealed off the once-grassy roundabout that had been the centre of many events.

SANAA Seif, an aged 17 years on the scene, said that she had seen the army remove by force of people. The State Egyptian news agency reported that the military police had arrested a number of "thugs outlaw" instead.

Mubarak has been suffering for a number of ailments and underwent surgery of the gallbladder in Germany in March last year.

He kept a profile down since he was ousted, living at his compound in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is forbidden to travel, and its assets were frozen. Many of his senior aides have already been questioned or detained pending investigations.

On Sunday, Mubarak defended in a pre-recorded message, saying: he had not abused his authority and investigators were invited to check on its assets.

It was his first address to the people, in the two months since he resigned. Shortly after, the Attorney General has issued a subpoena for Mubarak to appear for questioning.

Decide on the site of the interrogation was a dilemma for the authorities, who wanted to give the ailing President a degree of confidentiality and security.

Mubarak's two sons are also due to appear before investigators and would have been accompanied by their father to the hospital.

Solicitors for Egyptians to the Mubarak issue - Wall Street Journal

Cairo - former called Egyptian prosecutors President Hosni Mubarak for an examination and order former Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif Sunday, following the protests by demonstrators demanding legal liability for civil servants who died in the country.

The two movements seemed to destroy growing public frustration about the slow pace with which new military leadership of the Egypt continued to officials of the former regime of alleged financial misdeeds.

Action of Attorneys emphasized the persistent power of protests led by young people. Almost two months after what Mr Mubarak gave power to a high military Council, demonstrators have shown that they are still capable of the convening in large numbers, but also delight more political concessions from the military Government.

Mr. Mubarak also chose Sunday to make his first comments to the Egyptian public. In a message recorded Saturday and broadcast Sunday on the pan-Arab satellite station Al Arabiya, the former leader is committed to cooperate with prosecutors. He also denied that he or his family held all banking or "active" accounts abroad.

"I cannot remain silent about the ongoing campaigns of defamation and false accusations to ruin the reputation and the integrity of my family and me", the former President said in the message. "I felt great pain - and still do - because of the unjust campaigns and unfair accusations that my family and I have been exposed."

Some protest leaders said they considered the speech an act of defiance by a Chief who himself had stylized as a father figure to the Egyptian people.

The speeches do little to ensure the demonstrators said the army made a sincere effort to keep the former officials, Shadi Al Ghazali Harb, a leader in the Revolutionary Youth, whose members Coalition led three weeks of protests ousted Mr. Mubarak.

"There is a feeling widespread frustration in the same arrogant manner in which he spoke to us," he said. "Everybody thinks that he has probably had enough time to mobilize his money and his money and assets in recent two months for him certainly nothing will take place on him, especially abroad,", added Mr. Al Ghazali Harb. "It was all under the guise of the army."

The Swiss Government said it froze assets of Mr. Mubarak on 11 February, the day, that he resigned. Office of the Attorney General of the Egypt requested foreign embassies to freeze the assets of Mr. Mubarak abroad ten days later.

In one of the largest gatherings since Mr. Mubarak resigned in February, thousands of demonstrators Tahrir Square in Cairo completed Friday to former officials demand be held responsible for perception of widespread corruption. The military police and security officialsforcefully dispersed the crowd at about 3 a.m. Saturday morning in a clash that killed at least a person, according to the reports of the wire. But on Sunday, demonstrators remained in the square.

The violence marked a low point in relations between the protestors, led by young activists and the armed forces, who ruled the Egypt since Mr. Mubarak resigned on 11 February.

Counsel of the Office of the Attorney General, said that the Attorney General sent a request Sunday morning for the Ministry of the Interior, requesting that Mr. Mubarak and his son, Gamal and Alaa, be called to Cairo for questioning.

It is believed that the former President spent at his home in the resort of Sharm El Sheikh city since he was overthrown from power after 18 days of often violent demonstrations.

The lawyer said it belonged to the Ministry of the Interior to decide when to assign Mr Mubarak. The former President is under investigation on allegations of misappropriation of public funds and for alleged kickbacks on transactions to import weapons. Prosecutors also will examine its involvement in violence against the demonstrators in unrest that led to her eviction, said the lawyer. According to the Ministry of health of the Egypt, some 384 people died during the uprising on the part of police, rogue agents incurred by officials of the regime and the military police.

Counsel for the Office of the Prosecutor, said Mr Nazif, who was arrested Sunday afternoon, will be detained for questioning for 15 days in connection with an agreement to import licence plates marked up a German company rates. M. Nazif has not publicly commented on the allegations.
